"I was informed last minute that the hotel location was changed due to a technical issue, which was already inconvenient. Upon arrival, the room was extremely bare — not even basic amenities, just a single roll of toilet paper. There were some insects in the room, likely due to the proximity to trees, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, with the hot weather, there was no fan or air conditioning provided. Overall, not a pleasant experience."

"Some staff members are not welcoming! Especially one lady! She always seems overwhelmed! When I report a problem in the room, she tells me that I have to go downstairs myself, even though it was a mistake on the part of the hotel! When we ask her a question, she quickly seems defensive and overwhelmed! She asks indiscreet questions like would I be alone? I still find this kind of question inappropriate, especially if I arrive alone! I am used to taking the Hilton chain and unfortunately this is the first time that I feel uncomfortable in a hotel that I paid for! For the rest, the hotel is impeccable! Too bad for this negative point!"

"The hotel was well-located, clean, and well-insulated, although we had an air conditioning problem the day before our stay. What I disliked most was that Hani chose this hotel specifically to enjoy the spa and pool, but to my surprise, upon arrival, they were unavailable and apparently under renovation (information that wasn't displayed anywhere on the website when I made the reservation). I was very disappointed about that. The setting was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the floor was clean. The balcony was also well-positioned, but not clean at all. We were on the third floor, and neither the table nor the chairs, let alone the floor, were clean. However, the staff were polite and welcoming."
