"One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. When checking in, the employee was not very polite, which is strange for Asian hospitality. Where is the reservation? Show me. I took a photo of the reservation from the app. Breakfast was included in the room, we had to leave at 5 am. We asked if it was possible to prepare a lunch box. He said yes, it would be ready by 5. As you might guess, nothing was ready at 5. In the morning, the receptionist went to wake up the cook, at 5:10 he said that we had to wait 15 minutes. We had to pay 1 thousand kyats for waiting for a taxi for these 10 minutes. We refused to wait any longer. The wallpaper in the room is peeling off the walls. The towels are gray, torn. The mattress is very soft. The bathroom was wildly smoky, after a complaint, the employee sprayed air freshener. There were toothbrushes, shampoo, soap in the bathroom. There is a refrigerator, hair dryer, slippers. We chose this hotel to get to the airport quickly in the morning. If you want to stay there for more than 1 night, I don't recommend it."
