"Very nice hotel with good rooms. Size is average, but comfortable. Staff is very friendly and professional, with a single exception at reception. Breakfast was very average and the management of the restaurant room quite appalling. It s a very large room with three sections, with people all over, table not always cleaned. It would have been better to cordon off some areas and guide the traffic better. The worst thing was the current expansion work underway, which creates nuisance of course (and inevitably). But the hotel has made things worse by closing all access to the garden, which is not reasonable. It is a main attraction to come to this hotel and there was no reasons to be so strict. I recommend not to go to this hotel before January 2026 when the expansion will be over."

"This is not my first time at this hotel. Everything is good. The bed is comfortable. There are two entrances. One is to the sea and the other to the pedestrian street. Breakfast includes an omelet and fruit. The service at reception is excellent. They explain everything, but the cleaning lady does it as she sees fit. Despite the sign saying “don’t enter,” I went in on the day of departure and wiped down the sink. I returned from the beach 15 minutes before handing over the keys. They also allowed me to leave on the train for an hour. The staff is professional. My things were rearranged. For me, who doesn’t like it when people touch my things, this was a minus. I don’t let anyone clean my room. They only have to take out the trash and change the towel. And before that, she wanted to give me several small towels instead of a large one. A very unprofessional lady. I lived on the 2nd floor. I would like to have a conversation with her. It’s convenient that you can take an umbrella or a mat to the beach. I will return to the hotel and can recommend it."

"We liked the hotel. It is a bit away from the city center, but you can walk there in 15 minutes. There is a small and clean beach nearby. The rooms are small, but clean and cozy. The hotel has free tea and coffee 24 hours a day, as well as small desserts. Gorgeous sea view. Excellent breakfast. Excellent gym. The only thing we didn't like was the staff's behavior. We asked to park our car in the hotel parking lot, where there were two free spaces, but we were told that the spaces were occupied by other guests who had left. However, during the day and in the evening and the next morning, there were still 2 spaces available. Apparently, the staff was just too lazy to do it. Fortunately, there were enough parking slots on the public parking nearby."

"The location is great. The hotel is aging and needs a facelift. Due to a lack of mobility, the staff lack initiative to offer even a little assistance. Upon arrival, I was given a room that turned out to be undergoing renovations, with painters inside! The breakfast is very good, the soundproofing in the rooms is impeccable, and the view is magnificent. With a thorough renovation, this establishment would be one of the finest in Menton."

"Stayed here for 4 nights in the charming town of Menton. This property has been fully renovated. It is well appointed and very clean. The balcony with the sea view is fabulous, as well as the rooftop deck! Reasonable rates. Would definitely stay here again! Had to park rental car on the street behind the hotel. No issues. The hotel has paid parking but it was sold out during our dates."

"The single beds were really small, much smaller than other single beds we had in other hotels. We were put in a room with a sea view that was partially blocked by palm trees. The toilets did not flush properly and the AC didnt work. They dont even give you complimentary water bottles. For the price you pay, this was poor quality. We stayed in other hotels in this trip for way cheaper and got much better quality. The restaurant had good food."

"The location is near the sea, so it was easy to get around. If you take a car, you must reserve parking in advance. You can get a password at the check-in counter and enter the parking lot. It was clean and fairly spacious. However, the smell of cigarettes in the lobby was too strong."

"The hotel is conveniently located on the seafront and a stones throw from Italy and Menton Garavan Train Station. Also about 10 min walk to the old town. The hotel had great facilities and the staff were very welcoming and couldnt do enough for you. For example as we were getting of the airplane at Nice we had a phone call from the hotel to say our room was ready early and we could check in, this saved us spending a few hours wandering around with our cases!"

"Old-fashioned residence, maintenance leaves something to be desired. Accommodation for 4 people but too small for a couple and 2 teenagers. We jostle each other. No closet, just a wardrobe and a TV stand. We have suitcases for 1 week in our hands. Lots of vis-à-vis on the terrace. Air conditioning broken replaced by a spare unit that is not very functional and very noisy, so difficult to bear. More like a dormitory than a residence. Close to the beach and all amenities on foot Private parking at an additional cost Pleasant welcome Accommodation found clean on our arrival. Bare minimum equipment but ok."
