"The hotel service was excellent! The bed was very comfortable! There's a fantastic pool! It's only a 15-minute walk to the old town! The hotel even has charging stations! It's suitable for couples! However, definitely don't book the basic room! It's too small! You can't even open your suitcase! Upgrade to a room type! It's much bigger and more comfortable! The only downside was the smell of sewage coming up from the shower! It doesn't meet 5-star standards! Everything else was fantastic!"

"Wonderful hotel, located 10 minutes from the railway station and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very attentive staff. We left a request for accommodation on the upper floors, the first night we were accommodated on the 1st floor, then moved to another hotel of the same chain - Residence Hoteliere Chambord, only in a much larger apartment with gorgeous views from the balcony. Many thanks to the hotel staff and the manager who made such an upgrade for us! Next time only to you!"

Hotel El Paradiso

"Hotel decor is nothing like pictures!!!! No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Fridge in room is smaller than most women's handbags! Not even big enough for small bottle of water! You could touch both walls in bathroom finger tip to finger tip! Bar and reception only open certain times. Last Hotel on border before border of Italy - good 25 minute walk into Menton. On the plus side, Hotel staff are really friendly and personable!"

Hôtel Le Dauphin

"The single beds were really small, much smaller than other single beds we had in other hotels. We were put in a room with a sea view that was partially blocked by palm trees. The toilets did not flush properly and the AC didnt work. They dont even give you complimentary water bottles. For the price you pay, this was poor quality. We stayed in other hotels in this trip for way cheaper and got much better quality. The restaurant had good food."

"The staff takes great care and demonstrates impeccable professionalism. A top breakfast with very good products. On the other hand, to spend a quiet night avoid room 70 which is very well located on the 7th floor but there is engine noise I suppose from the jacuzzi which is permanent."
