"This hotel is within walking distance to the whirlpool cruise centre . Free parking is located next to the hotel . The hospitality shown here is very good . At checkin , you do not have to queue . You sit down , help yourself to the free coffee and tea or juices and the receptionist will bring everything for you to sign at the table . The room had twin beds , very comfortable with good aircon , wifi , shower. They also provided a huge bottle of water free . Onsen was good , not crowded and there were free popsicles to enjoy after the onsen . Dinner was arranged at Grill Eight ( see separate review) . The restaurant was about three min walk away which the receptionist kindly leading the way there . It was excellent . The other guests all had dinner at the hotel . Perhaps we booked very early and the hotel started serving their own dinner but absolutely no regrets eating at Grill Eight . Breakfast was Japanese only with rice and mainly pickles as well as a hotpot of fish soup . Didn’t quite enjoy the breakfast - would have preferred sashimi , ikura etc . Overall a wonderful stay . Nothing was too difficult for the accommodating staff ."

"The room was generally clean! (Although I was slightly concerned about the air conditioner's cleaning.) There was a large public bath, which was bigger than the one in the room, so the bath was nice. I opted for breakfast, but the pork was cooked in a large chunk. I wish they had shredded it a bit more!"

"Upon arrival, we called the phone number posted on the refrigerator outside, and a staff member came to explain the facilities to us✨ Since we had only one glamping tent to ourselves, we could relax without worrying about other guests! The toilets and shower rooms were in a separate building and were very clean! Even though it was raining, we were able to have a BBQ under a roof! You have to bring your own charcoal and grill 😭 There is no microwave! It was very clean, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay❤️ We definitely want to visit again!"
