"Thanks to Ctrip! 🥹 It was even cheaper than what I booked in advance with Home Inn 🍊82z. I immediately canceled and reordered. 🤣 🛌Amenities: As expected of a new Home Inn, it's clean and hygienic, with a smart toilet and smart curtains. It's much cheaper than similar accommodations in big cities, and the rooms are much larger! Take my small 16-square-meter room in Shanghai, for example. I couldn't even open my suitcase. ☹️ The two single beds are incredibly spacious, which is something my friend and I, who are used to saving money on double beds, are not used to. 😂 Separate wet and dry areas are a must-have feature in a hotel, right?! Showering is also a breeze. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the curtains are incredibly light-blocking. I really want the same ones. I slept until 10 AM the day after returning from Khanka Lake. Thank you for beating my office worker's body clock. 😴 The breakfast is also rich and delicious, provided you can get it. Hahahahaha. The restaurant and laundry room are both on the first floor, which is super convenient. 📍Location: Just turn the corner and walk straight ahead to the train station. Across from the train station is a shuttle bus stop that takes you directly to the high-speed rail station. The bus stops are at the next intersection and two blocks above, with buses going everywhere. Across from the hotel is a large supermarket. You can tell it's on one of the busiest streets, so most of the shops open the latest are probably on this street. 😂 Even for takeout, it's very close to popular shops, and delivery is fast. If I weren't so tired, I would have considered buying from the store directly. 🙈 But it was so quiet when I slept that the only noise I could hear was the toilet flushing. 👔Service: Check-in and check-out were fast, and any requests were handled attentively. Thank you to the beautiful and handsome front desk staff, who enthusiastically provided tips after asking. The maid proactively asked if anything needed cleaning while I was in the room, and even brought extra water and disposables. She left the room unmarked and cleaned it thoroughly. All in all, I was very satisfied with my trip to Mishan staying at Home Inn with my friends. If I stay in Mishan again next time, I will choose this hotel again🥰"

"I'm giving this negative review to the hotel's front desk. I've stayed in many four- and five-star hotels, but I've never encountered such a disengaged and inefficient front desk at a star-rated hotel! When we checked in, we parked in the underground parking lot. As expected, they should have entered our license plate into the system upon check-in. However, even after we'd finished unpacking our luggage, they still hadn't. If we hadn't asked the front desk, we'd probably be stuck at the parking lot entrance! The worst part was when I checked out. I gave the front desk key cards for both rooms, and they told me to add them on WeChat and return my deposit after they checked the room. After over half an hour, the check wasn't complete, and we'd already reached the highway entrance. They told us on WeChat that they hadn't given us the key card for one room. Not wanting to have our deposit deducted for no reason, we returned to the hotel. The front desk clerk actually said, "I didn't ask you to come back." If the front desk had communicated more efficiently, we wouldn't have had to return. We were delayed for over an hour, and there was no apology at all. When we brought it up, the female receptionist said, "Didn't I apologize at the beginning?" I didn't expect the Mishan Hotel's work attitude to be this bad. Inefficient and disengaged, they implicitly told us we deserved the hassle of returning home and that we should just wait for our room card to be charged! I reported the review to Ctrip, and their customer service was shocked. Communication between the Ctrip platform and the hotel was fruitless. So, it seems the staff's poor attitude is a product of management's connivance."

"The most delightful surprise of this trip with the kids was the Xingkai Lake Hotel. The environment was beautiful, right by the lake, and the hotel had its own private beach 🏖️. The sand was the softest and finest I've ever seen in China, and my child 👶 absolutely loved it 😘. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was exceptionally good. One adult and two children finished all four dishes – unbelievable in Northeast China! We were completely stuffed. The breakfast 🥣 was also amazing, plentiful and delicious 😋."
