"We stayed here the day before the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all smiling and we had a very pleasant time. We had the large public bath to ourselves in the morning, so we could enjoy it with our family. I would like to use it again."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's located in a residential area, and there are several restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. My room had a shower, but I was told I could use the private bath, so I used that instead. It's not a hot spring, but it's spacious and convenient. I happened to be surrounded by quiet guests, so I was able to relax. I think it's a very good value for money."

"I visited a month ago and chose Route Inn again for my return trip to Niigata. Since my itinerary included a trip to Gifu, I booked hotels as intermediate stops, and this is the cleanest Route Inn I have stayed at. True to Route Inn style, the breakfast was delicious, and although the hot spring was small, I made good use of it."
