"We stayed at this hotel for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. Mrs. Herta is a very sweet and always available woman, her sons Stefano and Michele are always attentive to the guests' needs, and her husband Giorgio, the restaurant chef, prepares excellent dishes and serves them with great care. All the staff, both in the dining room and in the housekeeping, are impeccable. The hotel enjoys a beautiful view, and the station is very close, making it very convenient for visiting nearby towns. If we had a wonderful holiday, it is above all thanks to this wonderful family who welcomed us so warmly. I recommend it to everyone, and as far as we are concerned, it will be one of our favorite places. See you soon. Claudia and Marco"

"I stayed in one of the hotel apartments and experience was very positive. The apartment was wide, comfortable and perfectly clean, with well-organised spaces that made the stay pleasant and relaxing. The only small lack was the absence of a microwave oven, which would be an supplement to make the experience even more comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and is located in the centre of the country and is very comfortable to reach all the main services, without the need to use the car. The hotel is a very good place to stay in a comfortable and comfortable position."

A special mention to Liv and Abid, who were simply brilliant throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which was a real highlight for us and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, the breakfast was great, and while dinner follows a set menu, it was more than satisfying. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!"

"It has a good location with free parking. The hotel is family-run, reflecting the owner's passion and dedication to providing the best possible service, despite the language barrier (they don't speak English). The place has a more older style, with older rooms, decor, and bathroom fixtures. Our room had a small terrace overlooking the church. There's no elevator to the upper floors. We found the breakfast price high, so we didn't order it (€15). If you're in a room facing the church, which rings its bells every 15 minutes, even at night, I suggest not opening the windows at night because the double-glazed windows do a good job of blocking out the noise, but not completely. There's no refrigerator or air conditioning. There's a sauna and a pool, but we didn't use them. The restaurant is family-run, but we found it a bit expensive (€32 for a pizza), with a noticeably shorter English menu and fewer options than in other languages. It's a good location for visiting Lake Braies."

One notice is not indispensable, but that would complete the stay still in an optimal way, providing more varied bathroom kits, such as cuffies, shampoo and intimate soap with a better phone. "Very spacious and comfortable room, modern bathroom, and a window overlooking the vaulted ceiling for stargazing. Soundproofed rooms. Impeccably clean. Varied breakfast and quality restaurant with delicious options, excellent wine list as well. Attention to every detail. More than anything else, I appreciated the hospitality and helpfulness of the owners, always ready to provide me with any assistance and also very helpful advice for sports activities. Furthermore, the property is very well connected to all the valleys. I will definitely be back to be pampered!!!"
