"I am uncertain about where to start, but I must say that this hotel has one of the best ambiance and atmosphere. The entire staff is extremely friendly and their evident happiness is crucial. Harold and Ivan are always prepared to assist and provide exceptional service. The dinner and breakfast are absolutely delicious. I'm not sure who the chef is, but they are definitely a keeper. 😉Overall, the details are unique and well thought out, which further demonstrates the superiority of family-owned hotels over large corporate chains. "We spent 5 wonderful days in Val Pusteria staying in this very nice and well-kept family-run hotel. We were two adults and a 16 month old baby so we chose half board for convenience and we ate really well, the sweet and savory breakfast was varied, and both the cuisine and the pizza in the evening were good. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. Spacious and fresh rooms. Small garden at the back. If I really have to find a flaw, the bells every quarter of an hour and the bottled water a little overpriced. For the rest, a strategic position if you want to explore the area, in two minutes you can reach the state road and in 15/20 minutes you are in Dobbiaco. I would easily recommend it. It feels really good."

"Small family-run hotel with the owners, Sabine and Fabrizio, always very kind and helpful, who also gave us good advice on how to book visits to Lake Braies and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. We also had the opportunity to bring our German Shepherd on holiday, who was gladly accepted by the facility. Spacious and very clean room. Varied breakfast with sweet and savory, which we were able to have even slightly out of hours, thanks to the availability of the staff. In the evening we had dinner at the attached restaurant, with both traditional dishes and Neapolitan pizza, really very good. I would definitely go back if I was in the area again and I will recommend it to friends who want to come to the Pusteria Valley from Tuscany."

Varied breakfast and quality restaurant with delicious options, excellent wine list as well. Attention to every detail. "First of all, the location is SUPERB, this is the second time, but I think it will be 3,4 and so on.... The hospitality of the owners is another level, they're young and full of good vibes, it was a pleasure every time. The cleaning is awesome, the food is great and all the things there are beside any expectations. You have to stay at least 6 days to see only a small part of this Italy, unde 6 days... you will become sad that you have to leave!:)) All the superb places in dolomiti ar very close, I recommended to have a car for more mobility, but if you are a true climber for mountains and have a really good will, you can rent a bicycle from the hotel, and after you can go on foot. I have a lot to say, but it's better to discover by yourself."
