Grand Rose Spa Hotel
"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Rose Spa! We stayed in a deluxe room and absolutely loved it. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, we highly recommend choosing the deluxe room – it’s perfect for a cozy, romantic atmosphere."
Johan Design & Spa Hotel
"I am always strict during the summertime that I book accommodation which has air conditioning. Also when I was looking for a hotel in the Kuressaare earlier this summer. Johan hotel looked fine and I booked it. A few days before the trip I got offer to upgrade the hotel room to the one which has air conditioning and it seemed that the one I originally booked didn't had that. I was little confused but then I thought that maybe I had done some mistake myself and I paid price of the upgrade. So my surprise was huge when we were staying in the hotel and room was too hot to sleep properly during the night. There was no possibility to turn any cooling on. After the trip I contacted the hotel about the issue but they totally ignored my message. I think everybody should avoid this kind of hotel and book some other accommodation when visiting the Saaremaa"
Arensburg Boutique Hotel & Spa
"Good location and nice garden and ambience. Rooms not so great. Quite small, strangely furnished (would prefer somewhere to lay my suitcase over a desk and two chairs), aircon noisy but no cooling and windows can’t be opened. Spa area quite nice, but small, so best enjoyed when there aren’t that many people."
Ekesparre Boutique Hotel
"We spend two wedding days in this beautiful hotel and it’s postcard like surroundings. Loved just everything. Like a time travel to a fantacy. Great location beside the castle which could been seen thru our bed room window. The weather was exellant and having great breakfast on the terrace. The place was very clean and very well maintained. Would love to visit again. Thank you Egesparre and the staff!"
Asa Spa Hotel
"The location of the hotel is good. It is just beside the castle of Kuressaare and short walking distance from cafees and shops. Near to the beach. "Pros": + the size of the room is enough for 3 overnighters, 1 double bed and 1 single bed for a child + pleasant service at the restaurant during dinner +/- some servers are friendlier than others "Cons": - the trash can under the bathroom table has not been cleaned from the previous user - the hotel should be renovated, but the room we stayed in would already need repair - there are many stains on the ceiling, paint wear on the door frames - the TV was fixed on the 2nd day - different price information from different receptionists: on the first day it was explained that billiards costs 5/7 eur/h and the use of the ping pong table is free. On the third day we also wanted to use the ping-pong table, we were charged 5 euros an hour (it was free the previous day). Food is ok. Pool is too crowded and uncomfortable to swim in. Would not visit this hotel second time."
Hotel Nospa
"The hotel was convenient and had everything you would need for a short stay. Location was great (city centre) and it was easily accessable with a car. It only has six parking spaces, but on the other hand you can park out on the street, as it is for free from 17-10 and during work days 2 h is free during 10-17 (weekends are free parking). Code system is very easy and convenient. Wi-fi information is on the table in you room. Rooms are small, but comfortable with a small fridge which is useful, if you have not included breakfast from the hotel in your reservation. Eco-friendly hotel. I think there was a chance to participate in yoga classes and visit a beauty salon, but I didn't try them out. All in all, great! "
Haeska Manor
"Not a lot of English spoken but the people are friendly enough. The building is pretty basic as was the room, but it served our purpose very well. Located well off the beaten track. The room was very quiet and the beds comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. No evening meal, but we collected food from the Coop a few kilometres away."
Kuursaal Guesthouse
"Charmant logement avec parking gratuit et le meilleur restaurant des environs au rez-de-chaussée, magnifique vue sur le château et personnel accueillant. Unbelievable place with cozy room, free parking and be probably the best restaurant nearby on the first floor. Nice view on the castle, a must to do and to get a room"
Staadioni Hotel
"Clean, spacious rooms. The shower doesn't look like much but was warm with a strong stream. Very friendly staff (a family that runs this) who were very helpful with buying tickets (which didn't work with Visa or Mastercard) and they were even kind enough to provide plant-based milk at breakfast the next day (not a huge selection but fresh and tasty)."
