We were kept awake till 12 am because of the extremely loud music coming from Saaz By the sea. Not forgetting the pigeons who were stomping on the roof and the lack of hot water for bathing, it was a lousy experience to stay at Sibaya Resort. Would not recommend it!!!"

The location is excellent—close to Morjim Beach and convenient for exploring nearby cafés and attractions, while still being peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was impressive. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was one of the highlights. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh every morning. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel, and every meal was tasty, well prepared, and served promptly. The restaurant staff were attentive and made the dining experience even better. Considering the quality of the rooms, service, food, and location, the hotel offers excellent value for money. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Grand Continental Morjim to anyone visiting North Goa. Looking forward to staying here again."

"The hotel itself is fine. It's located not far from the beach; it's a 5-minute walk and you're there. There are cafes and restaurants nearby with delicious food. However, a room with a balcony overlooking the road, especially on the lower floors, is not worth booking if you want to sit on the balcony. The dust is impossible to get rid of. Before you sit on a chair, you have to wipe it with a damp cloth, which you simply won't have with you. Otherwise, everything is fine."

"1) Rooms- bedsheets could have been cleaner, bathroom smelled, room not well maintained, room had stabilizer which kept on making sound throughout the night. 2) Service- Breakfast seemed stale, bread with fungus, quality of breakfast was below average Staff: Upon checking in reception staff was pretty casual boderline unprofessional laughed unnecessarily lacked the calmness. We requested dental kit and after waiting in the room for around 45mins we decided to go out for walk and Room service guy giggled and mentioned that they forgot the room number We mentioned about the disturbance from stabilizer, the reception guy was pretty rude, was saying that we would be blamed for any mishaps and we’d rather not use ac if its an issue and refused to shift us to another room which had stabilizer fit outside the room , mentioning that there was no vacancy in the same category room that we booked, felt like the guy was trying to belittle us. Highly unprofessional staff, lacked basic hospitality and empathy. Noisy staff in the lobby and room service, boderline shouting Staff people roaming around in the property watching reels, videos out loud, disturbing the decorum of the place 3) location is 350m from the beach, but its a narrow road with bushes on both sides so if a car has to pass you have to find a way to stand as the car passes. Overall, not value for money, there are far better hotels in the same area"

"Honestly, this hotel should be closed down. I totally understand that during rainy season maintenance is hard, but what I have experienced in this place cannot be reasoned with humid conditions. This hotel has a complete lack of maintenance and basic hygiene is not understood here. This place is a MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD! - Rat droppings all over the room and outside of the house - There was a whole in the mosquito net in the shower indicating a rat infestation - Mold was growing on the curtains, walls as well as the furniture, - The toilet smelled like a public urinal - The sink was stained, indicating that it has not been cleaned in a while - Dead bugs were lying in the room - The jacuzzi was in a horrible condition making it unusable - The staff and especially the property manager Mr. Ishwar were not even a little bit interested to resolve any of the problems we brought forward to them (and even afterwards we haven´t heard back from them yet) - The furniture at the breakfast was disgusting and not maintained, making the breakfast experience quite sad and not very appetizing (also the food was very average) - The outside furniture was getting decomposed by funghi So to sum things up - please don´t book this place! There is a fundamental lack of hygiene and maintenance, the advertising is wrong because this "quiet luxury escape" is located between two beach clubs blasting music till midnight and the staff, the property manager and the whole Read Thread Hotels organization is not interested in customer satisfaction. My girlfriend and i wanted to check out already after a few hours and once you payed you will never get any of your money back! A BIG WARNING TO BOOK THIS PLACE!"
