"This resort is a sham. The photos do not match with the real room conditions. The rooms are absolutely in a pathetic condition, with fungus growing on walls and bed frame, whereas, the photos shown of the rooms are clean and hygienic. The breakfast doesn’t have much options-they served only 1 cake with food colour which was very evident in taste. Same with the flavoured yogurt where the taste of the flavoured essence was very evident. In the name of mango or orange juice, they don’t serve fresh juice but serve Slice/Mazaa instead. I’m also giving a 1 star specifically due to Mr. Vasant, who’s the reservation manager at the hotel. I had to make an amendment in my booking-which he did not accommodate saying that hotel cannot make changes to bookings, whereas, somebody else from the hotel accommodated the request. Mr. Vasant was utterly arrogant and unapologetic. However, the service was very good and for that, i would like to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Pavan from the restaurant and Mr. Milind from Housekeeping."

"We recently stayed at Bedzzz Xclusiv Morjim with our 3-year-old twins, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and located just a short walk from Morjim Beach and Turtle Beach, which made it very convenient for us. The area is peaceful and perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing Goa getaway away from the crowds. What really made our stay special was the hospitality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care and attention made us feel comfortable throughout our stay, the room were neat and clean. The property also has some great spaces to unwind, including a swimming pool, indoor games like chess and carrom, a cozy seating area, and a beautiful rooftop restaurant. We especially loved spending our evenings on the rooftop, the ambiance is lovely. The food was another highlight. Everything we tried was delicious, and even our picky little twins enjoyed their meals, which is always a good sign for parents! Overall, we had a very comfortable and memorable stay. A must say it is a value for your money. If you’re planning a peaceful trip to Goa, especially with family or kids, I’d definitely recommend Bedzzz Xclusiv Morjim."

"The staff at the hotel are just adorable. Vencia at front desk is just absolutely the best. Always smiling, always going the extra mile, it's so refreshing to have her, so helpful and si charming. A real asset to the hotel. The cleaning staff are very attentive too, and always with a smile 😃 The restaurant staff headed by Deep, and his staff, Ali and the other, I forget their names, but the whole team are just lovely and gracious. Deep in particular has been very considerate to my needs whilst I was staying there, going the extra mile, and as always with a great smile. And on that. a special thank you to Ajay - his accommodation of my diet was exceptional. And indeed great compliments to the Chef for dome of the tastiest meals I've eaten in Goa. All in all, the rooms are spacious. The hotel very local to the beach and amenities. The view from the window and balcony is exceptional especially sunrise and sunset is majestic. Thank you Vencia, Deep, and everyone at Grand Continent Morjim- for making my stay feel very special- home from home. I will return ! 😃🔥🥳🥰"

"The stay is amazing, rooms are clean and staff are really good, food and other services were also great. They also have cab service, thanks to Vishu who supported our travels during this trip. Super quick to respond and amazing cab service. Everything was great would highly recommend this place if you’re searching for a nice comfortable stay at Morjim goa. We had one hiccup and the hotel couldn’t accommodate so that was the sad part so if you’re planning to stay here and have a late night flight, do plan your day accordingly as Aralea may not be able to accommodate a room for you post check out."
