Overall, very disappointing and not worth the price."

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The level of service did not meet the standards expected of a hotel of this category. Some staff members at the Italian restaurant and Breeze Restaurant were unprofessional in their attitude and service. The rooms need more attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, and the response to guests' requests was slow. I expected a much better experience considering the price I paid, but overall, the stay fell well below my expectations.
