It’s clean. Front desk is really helpful and polite. Location is good and quiet. The hot tub is great.

The lake view room is large with a wide view. There are many places to eat nearby, Japanese and Western food are very convenient, and the playground is also close. There are also boutiques and hot springs nearby.

Very clean and spacious room. View was fantastic. Very peaceful location. Would definitely come back for a longer visit.

There is no luggage storage service even if it shows it has in Trip, so if you want to store luggage you might need to find another place. Other than that is fine, the room is a bit hot and fan didn’t perform good

The Beijing lady who received our family was very enthusiastic! They also recommended us some delicious food nearby. There is a breakfast shop in front of the hotel that is very delicious! We had a small problem with the faucet in the bathroom at night and went to the lady. She was happy to help us solve it. In addition, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
