The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad.
