When I arrived at the hotel at night to check in, the boss said that the mini room booked was not (the original check-out was delayed), and changed to the family room on the 8th floor.
The elevator is to the 7th floor, you need to climb the stairs and then go up the first floor, but there are no protective measures for railings, the steps are a bit narrow, and you need to pay attention to safety when you go up and down the stairs.
The room was quite clean as a whole, but one of the quilts was obviously stained when it was opened. When I reflected with the boss, I listened to the conversation between the cleaning aunt and the boss. It seemed that the room was not maintained, and the room was not prepared for bottled water. I told the boss that I gave it immediately.
