After coming here to experience, I had to admire the wisdom of the ancestors. The restaurant staff are all local villagers. The meal process feels their thoughtfulness and hospitality. The breakfast memory is relatively deep with local salty butter tea and fried wontons. There is also a super warm real fire fireplace.

The boss is very caring, every decoration, every angle feels that the owner has put a lot of thought into it, staying for one night, I can't tell you how comfortable it is, a place you want to live in again and again, the guest room, the restaurant, and the courtyard have their own characteristics, It was very quiet and unexpectedly cleaned well under the bed. GGuest User**I have traveled many times, but for the first time, I felt at home. Walking into the village, we saw the words ”Yueting Nanshe” from afar. That was the B&B where we stayed. Pushing open the two wooden doors, you enter the courtyard of Yueting Nanshe. There is a lively scene there - plump succulents are quietly growing; some unknown flowers and trees are flourishing. When we opened the door of our room, what came into view was a room with a neo-Chinese style - the room was clean, tidy, simple and elegant. We particularly like the wooden tea table by the window, with tea-making utensils scattered on the table. Just imagine how pleasant it would be to be able to have a cup of tea and chat in this corner after a long journey. Through the bright window, you can also see the endless fields. If you come at the right time, the fields will be covered with barley like a green carpet, which must be beautiful. Further away are mountains covered with green trees. Just one look at them will make you feel peaceful and tranquil. The most amazing thing is the innkeeper and the proprietress, they are just like the older brother and sister next door, warm and sincere. They enthusiastically introduced us to the local customs and culture, warmly invited us to dine with them, and enthusiastically sent us to the attractions we wanted to visit. And all of this is free of charge, which is quite rare in this world where profit comes first. What moved me the most was meeting the two elders in my eldest brother and eldest sister’s family. They didn’t talk much, but when we were having meals, they always reminded us to eat more, just like our own grandparents, caring for the younger generation. If possible, we will go again; if we go again, we will still choose Yueting Nanshe.

Let me first talk about the areas that I would like to improve: The road from the hotel to the hotel is a mechanized farming road with many large bends that can only accommodate one car. There are ditches on both sides, and basically only cars can pass near the hotel. When I left the hotel, I reversed several times to let the hotel's two business cars and one off-road vehicle pass (I let the hotel's car pass!), which delayed at least half an hour. And I felt that the hotel driver was particularly unfriendly.
2. Simply speaking, the environment and service of the hotel are good. The hotel's ham and chicken soup are very good, and the portion is relatively large. If the weather is good, you can see the starry sky (there is little light pollution around)
3. Because it is a wooden building, the sound insulation is not very good, and it is a bit of a headache when encountering children playing.
4. It is mainly convenient to see golden monkeys in the morning, and staying for one night is enough. (Except for being in a daze). There are not many other activities, and the surrounding villages are not very ethnic.

MM396330****I didn't expect there to be such a good homestay in the village. I entered a small yard through the path of small flowers. I could see the forest and fields from the yard. The location was very good and the sight was unstoppable. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was a Naxi characteristic, several college students returning to their hometowns were managing, the service was very good, and there was their coffee shop next to it. Next time I want to bring my family to stay for a few more days.

Affordable, clean rooms, quiet environment, complete facilities and new, warm service, travel office multiple times to buy and stay. Very satisfied. Air conditioning. There is a parking lot and it is convenient to be next to the gas station.

I had dinner downstairs and it was great value. I completely over ordered but they packed it up for me which was great
Stayed there to try and see the Yunnan Snub Nosed Monkeys.
Sadly I found out that the park was closed because of landslides. Nothing the hotel could have done about it, and they were helpful in arranging a bus back to Shangri-La once I'd found out.
No English was spoken, but they would help me through my translate app where I asked them.
