Mountain View Hotels in Jeonnam-Gwangju

The location is fairly close to the bus stop, and it's a quick bus ride to both the KTX station and the express bus terminal. The surrounding area is dark at night, and since it's in the countryside, there aren't many people around. I checked in a little late, so I went to a pub in the building across from the hotel. The owner was incredibly friendly and we had a great time chatting. The room is small, and since you're sharing it with other people, the lights are turned off around 11:00, so you have to be careful about noise and light. I don't think you can open a large suitcase. I think a backpack or a small suitcase would be best. The room seemed to be well-maintained, so I didn't have any issues with cleanliness. They provide all the shampoos, towels, and a hair dryer. There are outlets for each bed. Oh, and the cat at the front desk is super cute. He's super friendly, and I left feeling so relaxed.

The friend said that he was very satisfied. I lived at the entrance of the scenic spot, Ruda Mountain. The room I stayed in was obviously better than the picture. It was very new and clean. I actually presented breakfast. Although the wontons are simple instant noodles, eggs, bread, jam, milk, cereals, etc., I simply processed in the public kitchen. Tableware and kitchenware are available, very convenient!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing with the bridge and Seaview. It's nearby expo, just 10 min by taxi. The staff were very friendly, helpful and they speak very good English.

Great! I loved that it has a laundry machine in the room (no dryer or drying rack, tho). And it also has an induction stove (but no cutlery or any pot or pan or dish, haha). It doesn't have iron nor fabric refreshner but that's common for Korean hotels. Tho I listed things they don't have, they have amazing view, great clean crisp bed, great café at the lobby, a zip line (discounted for guests), and an infinity pool (can be used with a bit of fee).

We spent two days at the hanok, and it was wonderful. It’s beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail—it’s very pretty, clean, and peaceful. The common areas are really cozy. We also loved the floor bed. It’s in a convenient location for exploring Mopko on foot. A great stop on our vacation! It's great that the owner also prepare a simple breakfast for the guests, it really make you feel welcome. Thank you :)

I booked for 2 adults and 2 children through Trip.com, but there was no information given during check-in. We noticed we were short on bedding after contacting the front desk, using the pool, and having dinner, only to find there was bedding for just one person when we were about to sleep. I called the front desk at 10:30 PM to ask why there was only one set. The person didn't seem to understand, and after explaining the check-in situation and saying there was only one set, they suddenly transferred me to another staff member, which was a bit disconcerting. It was inconvenient to explain again, so I went to the front desk at 10:40 PM. They showed me the reservation status, which indicated 4 adults. It's ridiculous, though – if it's 4 adults in a queen-size room, shouldn't they confirm at check-in that two sets of bedding would be provided? And if the Trip.com reservation doesn't match the resort's reservation, shouldn't they clarify and provide the correct bedding? I returned to the front desk at 10:40 PM, paid for the extra bedding and additional person, and was told the bedding would be delivered. I waited for about 30 minutes, but it never came, so I called the front desk again. The staff member said the previous person had already left and that they were in charge of resort security (?), and provided the bedding 5 minutes later. It's not like I didn't pay for the bedding, and the staff member said they would provide it, so I waited for 30 minutes late at night with my children. When I asked, I was told they just went home. This trip was ruined by the resort's complacent response. The pillow among the belatedly provided bedding was so hard that my wife got a stiff neck and suffered the next day. It's truly bitter. I tried to stay for only one day, but I had a room and stayed for a long time. It was great to take a picture of Nogodan and relax your hard body. The boss recommended the next schedule, so I made good memories in Gurye. Now I plan to revisit the places and restaurants I have never been to around Mt. Jirisan. And there are two Tesla chargers.

The lobby on the first floor smells of mold, and the CD machine has half of the mold on the wall, so it has to come out right away. It used to be a very good park hotel, and the mountain climbing in the room is also spectacular. But most importantly, the smell of sewers in bed is the worst. It's a really good place to be well maintained, but I'm sorry. The response of the staff who treat the civil service is also very unpleasant. Not everyone, but the response of the elderly staff is high pressure and unpleasant, so I don't want to go again. Good scenery in a good place ... Unfortunately.
