GGuest UserThis is a value for money hotel in the gateway city of the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff. Not only the Grand Canyon, but also close to the surrounding Meteo Crater, Petrifade National Park, and Sedona, and close to the main roads I-17 and I-40, which was convenient. Highly recommended as a family trip.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent. Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village is just next door. Have many good restaurants nearby. Airport Mesa is just 10 mins drive. Though the room deco was a bit ordinary but it's clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. With that price, I think it's a good deal.

MM732527****We stayed in Page specifically for Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon, and this hotel was super close, just a 10-minute drive away. The location is excellent. The room was pretty standard, and the breakfast was quite good, with eggs, sausages, bread, and hot food. I booked a rate that included breakfast, which cost about 100 RMB more, but it seemed like no one actually checked room numbers, so it might have been free for everyone.

LLynnlinJGood stay! My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The room was spacious and comfortable, with elegant decor and all the amenities I needed. The location is incredibly convenient. I especially want to commend the hotel staff – everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide range of options and great quality. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel! Looking forward to staying here again!

XXiaoanFair hotel, in a great location. Very beautiful historical building, but also very old building with rickety floors. However, it’s well kept, clean and staff was very pleasant. The interior of the building is very interestingly decorated, almost like a period museum. I’d stay again. 👌

GGuest UserFirst, the positive:
1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.

The environment is very good. You can see the starry sky from the window.
It is a 5-minute drive from Williams Town.
Parking is free and the place is safe.
The front desk is friendly.
The breakfast is very basic but it has everything you need.
The room is newer than expected.
The towels are folded into patterns. The staff are very attentive.

Every staff member say good morning or good afternoon waved at you if you saw you in the parking lot breakfast was thin no hot only muffins toasting waffles 930 means 930. Don’t be there at 9:31 when you won’t get anything. Not a bad stay, but it’s not the Hilton just remember it’s nice and clean. The bed was already wrapped and comfortable.

GGuest UserStaying in a one-room apartment was such a happiness to us and made our day. We arrived after the manager left office for home, but he/she took care to pass the door key and intructions to us, so we got into the room without trouble. Located in the outside of Williams makes the environment quite and we slept well.

NNyanjaIt was a freshly made hotel and it was a beautiful interior anyway.
The receptionist was also nice and check-in was smooth. We will do it at the adjacent restaurant. Some of them were still under renovation and I'm sorry because there was dirt, and there was a red towel. In fact, there was only a little dirt, but there was no problem because the hot water came out well and the air conditioner was working. One point, I felt that Wi-Fi was a little weak. The surroundings were quiet, so I rested slowly.
