"The breakfast is absolutely super full of praise, and the variety is delicious. Hotel service is good, location is good, very close to Shoujingyuan. But there are two shortcomings. One is that it is recommended to have a full-length mirror outside the closet, otherwise it is inconvenient. One person is washing, and others need to look in the mirror. Another is that the water pressure in the bath is not stable."
"I would like to call it the most comfortable hotel in this trip to Dongjiang. The hotel is very hygienic. When I went to see the room, there were four cleanings at the same time. The first time I saw that the hotel had so much cleaning. Enough staff, cleaning must be more in place, the hotel, soundproofing, no smell, sunrise, just do it, what bicycles are needed, the space is really spacious"
"Here's a serious review of this four-star hotel in Mulei, which we had high expectations for. Overall, the facilities were good, but the service and surrounding environment were just average. The facilities were nice, and the bed was comfortable. Here are some suggestions: 1. Hygiene needs improvement. There was obvious sand in the sink in the bathroom outside the suite, and black lint in the bathtub inside. There were black stains on the sheets. 2. I suggest providing hand towels next to the sink. 3. Breakfast was simple, but it included the basics: fried eggs, boiled eggs, steamed buns, and milk tea. 4. Since a bathtub is provided, disposable bathtub bags could be provided. 5. Front desk staff training should be improved. The front desk service was mediocre; they clearly didn't know what items were in the room. Also, the hotel landline was useless; we couldn't get through to the front desk. 6. There's been road construction nearby recently, with construction noise starting at 7 am, which was very noisy. Also, the new hotel has a strong smell of renovation; the sofa and bedside table in the suite smelled unpleasant."
"Facilities: The facilities are relatively complete.
Hygiene: Health is good.
Environment: There is a convenience store downstairs and parking is convenient.
Service: The reason why the service did not give full marks is that two bottles of water were provided in the room, and I went downstairs in the middle of the night to get some more. At that time, the front desk staff seemed to be reconciliation. They didn't look up at me, so they said directly: ”Wait for me.”
I understand that the staff may be busy and willing to wait, but from the perspective of service etiquette, even when handling affairs, you should look up to the guests a little and add a ”please wait”, which will make people feel more respect and polite.
Although this is detailed, it does affect the overall service experience. I hope the hotel can further improve in this regard in the future."
"This room is really good, the living is very comfortable, the high-end atmosphere is high-grade, the boss service is also very good, the boss is also very handsome, the next time will come is really a good experience, the hygiene is very clean, the bathroom is also very clean, living very comfortable, not noisy at all, Very quiet. The young lady at the front desk is very beautiful. Friends who come to Xinjiang are right here. High-end atmosphere, low-key luxury has connotation."
"A friend recommended to stay, with the attitude of giving it a try, the handsome guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic when checking in, and he had to answer. Seeing that the children we brought took the initiative to help us upgrade the largest standard room,"
"To be honest, this hotel is amazing! 🎉 From check-in to check-out, the whole process is very smooth. The room is spacious and bright, and the night view is super beautiful! There is also a free breakfast, rich in variety and delicious. The price is so high, I can't say it! Haha ~😄"
"The homestay is located in Moondi Village, and the sanitation and environment are very good! The host family is very enthusiastic about receiving customers, the local food is very authentic, and the vegetables and meat are farmed by their own homes. The service is very thoughtful. Before leaving, the host will also give specialties and gifts. It is worth visiting again."
