There was obvious sand in the sink in the bathroom outside the suite, and black lint in the bathtub inside. There were black stains on the sheets. 2. I suggest providing hand towels next to the sink. 3. Breakfast was simple, but it included the basics: fried eggs, boiled eggs, steamed buns, and milk tea. 4. Since a bathtub is provided, disposable bathtub bags could be provided. 5. Front desk staff training should be improved. The front desk service was mediocre; they clearly didn't know what items were in the room. Also, the hotel landline was useless; we couldn't get through to the front desk. 6. There's been road construction nearby recently, with construction noise starting at 7 am, which was very noisy. Also, the new hotel has a strong smell of renovation; the sofa and bedside table in the suite smelled unpleasant."
