"The hotel is good and relatively new. The room is large, however it does not have parking and costs 15 euros. Breakfast is not included. There is no coffee maker in the rooms. The area is good, but there are several street people nearby, which creates insecurity. Everything else is fine."

"The hotel was hard to find. The room’s are spacious and clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Not many choice’s on the menu. Just outside the hotel were a lot of restaurants. It took 40 minutes to walk to the city centre. Ok for a night stop"

"A great hotel that very successfully promotes the integration of disabled people and is located in the centre of the clinic. The rooms are not very spacious, but functional and new and high quality furnished. Breakfast is very good. From the early afternoon the restaurant is open with small but fine and precious dishes and drinks. So we had dinner here once in the evening instead of in the city and fourth time with wine, beer, aperol until 22:00. With the car, it is 10 minutes to Münster City, a bus stop is on the street about 300 m from the entrance of the hotel. The journey will then take a lot longer, but the parking fees in Münster are very, very high. I recommend the hotel warmest."

"I was very disappointed about the hotel. When I was reading the ratings before staying there I was looking forward to stay there. After arriving I noticed a really offensive smell coming from drain in our bathroom. It smelled like a cesspool. We contacted the recepionist immediately and he assured us the housekeeping would come and taking care of it. What should I say, they were not able to cut off the horrible smell. We got in touch with the recepionist again and he offered to change the room for one night but had to return to room in the second night. I was travelling with an ill person and two room changes within two days meant to much stress above all the annoyance was still there. So we deciced to leave after a one night stay. The staff told us they would talk to the manager and in their opinion they shouldn't charge the second night to us and should reduce the rate for the first one. Two weeks after leaving Münster they emailed us, they won't lower the bill. I was appalled. In my opinion they won't care about the satisfaction of their guest. In summary I must say I would never ever stay there again above all the furniture and the room we had were old-fashioned and in bad condition in my opinion. Furthermore there were less parking space."

"The three of us stayed at the Marco Polo Hotel in Münster and were very satisfied. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt completely at ease. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent and a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!"

Lilis Kleines Hotel

"We spent two nights here and lived under the roof in the room "Steve McQuinn". Breakfast was very rich, but the bakery. Unfortunately came not from one of the Münsteran bakers, but were backed up. I would have expected more, especially as a baker is reachable in 5 minutes walking. The room had everything but a clothing without air and a shower cabin that doesn't close and a very small washing basin goes at a price of 165,-/night not i.O. (see pictures). The room door is slipped and in the closet only large people come to the dressing bar - it is keeping an old renovated residential house. For a few more euros you can better lift in the hotel in Linde for almost the same price (excellent breakfast). Conclusion: I will not come back!"
