"My review is more about trip.com in itself rather than the hotel. In retrospect, I should have booked the same hotel from a different website.
The room description is confusing. I thought I reserved a twin room. It turned out to be a single room with one bed and an additional strange ( bed?)."
"I was very satisfied with the hot spring and the rice.
You can enjoy several baths and saunas in hot water that feels good on the skin, as it is said to be a beauty hot spring.
Although it is popular with many people who take a day trip to the bath, it was not crowded and I was able to enjoy it slowly.
For meals, we had breakfast, but you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Mutsu City from the top floor.
Although it was a half-buffet, there were many kinds, and I was able to enjoy delicious local foods.
The rooms are clean, and the hotel itself has been around for a long time, but it was very clean and nice.
If I go to Mutsu city again, I would like to stay there."
"Mutsu is a small town on the fourth or fifth tier, and there is no one on the streets. The room was small as usual. I went to the food street recommended by the store clerk, but most of the food was closed. There is Lawson on the left side when you go out, Moshi Burger further on, and a large supermarket a few steps further. The prices are surprisingly similar to those in Tokyo. Prices in Japan are really the same across the country. There are too few Chinese people going to Shimokita for fun."
"The facilities are old but in the city center. There is no smartphone charger and USB unit in the room, so be sure to ask the counter to borrow the charger."
"Hotel service attitude is very good. I booked two double rooms online, but I have 3 people in my family. Hotel service staff reminded us that we can change to double rooms and single rooms. The price is still cheap and feels very good"
