We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

While the home boasts 2 baths, it should be noted that the layout of the home includes a full bathroom located in the hallway of the top level, a half bathroom located within the main bedroom, and an outdoor shower located on the lower level. We understand the layout is a bit different, and the half bathroom in the main bedroom may be a bit tight, but we ask that you please give our property a chance to wow you, the way it has us.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

Availability Note: We have a 5-night minimum June through September 8th. The rest of the year we range 3–4 night minimum.
Pool is OPEN April 25 – October 28.
Hot Tub is OPEN year-round.
Both are professionally maintained twice a week.
