"This is the best hotel in Narathiwat. Brand new, super clean and comfortable and nice design of the rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, great central location. There's also an excellent sushi restaurant connected to the hotel. There are very few hotels in Narathiwat and this is far and away the best option in town. Highly recommended! One thing to note - they ask for a 1000 baht cash deposit for the room (returned at check out) and they don't accept cards for payment (only PromptPay QR code). If you're a foreigner without prompt pay, make sure you have cash for deposit + room rate."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Narathiwat! Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The receptionists were warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern interior. The bed was comfortable, and having Netflix in the room was a great bonus. The hotel also offers motorbike rentals, which made exploring Narathiwat so much easier. It's located in a quiet residential area near Narathiwat School, so it's perfect if you prefer a peaceful stay away from the crowds. Just keep in mind that it's a bit far from the bus terminal, so it's best to arrange a Grab or other transportation before arriving. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my experience. Kudos to the entire team for the excellent hospitality! I would happily stay here again. ❤️"

"Very good place. Fresh room, looks and smell great. I'd like to see mosquito net on the balcony door, but all the rest things was fine. Location is in quiet place, have parking with roof. This is first time I see when stuff put one bottle of water in the fridge and one out of the fridge, so you have both cold and warm water, it's so cool :)"

"I booked and paid for a Deluxe Suite. When we arrived, we were shown a single room unit. When me receipt was provided and we demanded the Deluxe Suite, wwe were told that what show showed us was all there was. We left to go back to Narathiwat. I intend to seek a refund."
