Hotel Fina
Tenuta Fogliani Resort & Natural Spa
"The place is truly beautiful, with attention to every detail to make your stay fantastic and welcoming, as well as elegant. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a lovely, relaxing holiday in good company. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the room to the common areas. Breakfast was perhaps a little sparse, despite featuring many locally sourced products, but the savory options could be improved."
Locanda Fosca Umbra
B&B Dell'Aviatore
"Very nice and clean structure. spacious and comfortable room. To praise the great availability and kindness of managers. Satisfactory breakfast. Excellent quality-price ratio. If you will recapitate me to pass through the area I will certainly return."
Terra Umbra Hotel
"English: We stayed only one night in this hotel and I still struggle to understand how it is possible that it has 4 stars. First of all I would like to point out that I find it unfair that both on booking and on the official website it is written that the hotel has a restaurant and then only once we arrive at the hotel with payment already made, we discover that their restaurant is closed. Being in a somewhat isolated position, the fact of not having to take the car for lunch and dinner was crucial for us and if we had known that the restaurant in the hotel was closed we would certainly have opted for something else instead it was not indicated anywhere and this is already unprofessional in my opinion. We arrive and are given a room on the ground floor for disabled people. Leaving aside the completely dirty and marked walls and the post-war floor there was an embarrassing amount of dust. Not to mention the dirty bathroom and with an embarrassing shower seat (at the limit of hygiene and personal dignity, I attach photos). There was no bidet and the shower was attached to the toilet without a curtain that would allow the bathroom not to flood. But how can you offer a room like that? Even more so to a disabled person. All this, by the way, paid €105, not even free. Obviously I go to the reception to report the impossibility of staying in that room and kindly ask to change rooms and after having verified the conditions of the room the receptionist gives us a smaller room but at least with an adequate and slightly cleaner bathroom. I notice that the cleanliness of the entire hotel leaves a lot to be desired, here too we find dust everywhere and even leaves in the bathroom fan (I don't even want to imagine how long it hasn't been cleaned). The swimming pool is small (from the photos it seems much bigger) and does not guarantee enough space for all guests, both external and internal to the hotel. I hoped that at least the breakfast would be passable but here too disorganization and chaos reigned supreme. We arrived and the tables were all dirty, we waited 20 minutes for someone to come and clean them and clear them before we could sit down. When I asked for croissants since there was practically nothing left on the buffet table and it wasn't even 9 in the morning, the lady in the room replied that she was alone and couldn't do everything so either she cleaned the table for us or she went to get us croissants (what kind of answer is that?). Is it perhaps a problem of the guest who also paid for that service that there is only one waitress for all the tables? It would have been enough to simply say in a more calm manner that with a few minutes of waiting you could have both a clean table and maybe something to eat for breakfast since it's useless to have the table if the buffet is empty anyway. The structure really has good potential but it needs to be completely redone and above all reviewed from the point of view of the staff to be trained and educated and maybe"
La Rocca
"Liked · We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations Disliked · Only very small complaints which didn't diminish our stay, but perhaps can suggest minor improvements. - The room was well heated, which was fine for me as the weather was cold. I understand it was central heating. However, it would be ideal if the room temperature can be adjusted. One of our group found the heat excessive - Bathroom of medium size and comfortable. Only issue was shower area which was very small. - My companions loved breakfast as they have a sweet tooth =) However, I prefer savoury items, and mostly only sweet items were available.. I suggest that maybe more savoury items are available."
Fattoria Didattica la Collina Incantata

Luxury, Modern Apartment with Pool and Stunning Views
Torre Palombara - Dimora Storica
"We stayed at Torre Palombara three days in our trip through Umbria. This is a lovely place. An historic 17 th century mansion carefully and tastefully restored by the owners, using many pieces of furniture that belong to the family. They take sensible care of every detail to make this space of outmost comfort for guests. The terrace set for breakfast overlooking the green landscape and the skyline of the beutiful village of Narni is fantastic. Leonardo and her nice German wife are excelent hosts. Leonardo is a keen collector of classis cars, and has a dream Alpha Romeo Duetto Spider of 1989, which he will be proud to show you. He made our stay delightful."
