"I booked this hotel last minute to visit a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised! The front desk service was excellent; they were very helpful and enthusiastic, trying their best to accommodate all my requests. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. In the evening, they even offered a complimentary sweet soup, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with shops and a plaza nearby. The laundry and drying facilities were also very convenient. Overall, a great experience!"

"The layout of the room is reasonable, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the hygiene is meticulous, the corners are dust-free, the quilt is fluffy and clean, and the sleep is particularly stable. The hot water supply is sufficient, the water pressure is stable, and the washing experience is excellent. If there is any daily need, the staff can respond quickly, and the service is meticulous and not perfunctory."

"Service: Every time I checked in, I was very fast. The last time I checked in, I was a male receptionist. I felt that the business was not very familiar and there was no smile. I used to check in when I was a young lady. They were very warm and full of smiles.
Hygiene: Health is not bad
Environment: River view room is very beautiful
Facilities: The hotel does not have its own parking lot. It used to be directly reimbursed by 20 when it parked in the public parking lot next to it. Now it needs a review to be reimbursed, which is very troublesome. Later, I asked the receptionist of the man and said that he could park on the side of the road and would not copy the card! If you are not driving, it is still very good to stay in this hotel."

"Choosing this hotel during my road trip through Sihui was definitely the right decision!
Upon arrival, the staff proactively cleaned up the mosquito bites on the front of my car – a thoughtful detail that immediately boosted my impression. After check-in, they even provided fresh fruit in the room, a very considerate touch.
The deluxe twin room was spacious, and the smart room controls and semi-smart toilet were very convenient. The room was spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the breakfast selection was plentiful, with a clean and reassuring dining environment.
From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently attentive and considerate, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sihui!"
