HHenryHUNG2023Nearby is Wandu Square and many restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces in the ground and underground parking lots. It is not noisy after closing the windows on the 11th floor. The soundproofing is average. The surrounding rooms can hear the door open and close. The water pipe under the wash basin on the 6th floor is leaking and the warranty has not been solved several times. Stayed for 11 days because the work was not completed and I had to continue to live for more than a week

Not only is the location good, the boss is warm and thoughtful, responsive, the apartment is clean and hygienic. Mainly I still look at the restaurants around the apartment.
