The only drawback is the phenomenon of fake good reviews. I added the WeChat of the elders in my family, and after checking out, I told them that they upgraded our room and asked for a five-star review. Personally, I am a bit disdainful of this kind of behavior. After all, when we customers checked in, it was the front desk who took the initiative to offer to help us upgrade our room. However, how big is the difference between the room types before and after the upgrade? The right of interpretation lies with the store, right? No store has the courage to fully disclose the configuration of various room types. In short, I feel very uncomfortable seeing the elders in my family being deceived in this way. So even though this hotel has blacklisted me, I still want to write this experience here. I hope this society will have more sincerity and less tricks.
