AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

HHaiyanAlthough the hotel has been open for many years, it's tastefully decorated and was just renovated the year before last. The location is also excellent; you can walk to the commercial district to browse for jade. The room hygiene is impeccable, with every nook and cranny sparkling clean. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is a buffet, so you can eat as much as you like, and parking is free, which is incredibly convenient!
