Choosing this hotel during my road trip through Sihui was definitely the right decision! Upon arrival, the staff proactively cleaned up the mosquito bites on the front of my car – a thoughtful detail that immediately boosted my impression. After check-in, they even provided fresh fruit in the room, a very considerate touch. The deluxe twin room was spacious, and the smart room controls and semi-smart toilet were very convenient. The room was spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the breakfast selection was plentiful, with a clean and reassuring dining environment. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently attentive and considerate, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sihui!

Very happy with this hotel. The room is large and clean and the location is top notch. It is also close to the intercity train station. This is now my first choice of place to stay.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

The room was clean. The twin room was quite spacious, which was nice. The environment was comfortable, and my kids loved it. It was quiet; we couldn't hear any outside traffic, so everyone slept well after a tiring day. The beds were very comfortable.

I couldn't hear the noise outside at all. I had a good rest. The room facilities are complete, air conditioning, hot water, lighting, network are very stable, it is particularly convenient to use, the bathroom space is clean and odorless, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the public area is clean and tidy, and it feels very comfortable. The location is also very good, convenient to travel, the surrounding dining and transportation are very convenient, whether it is a business trip or a tour is particularly suitable. Finally, add a little breakfast is really super delicious!

1311 Room is not recommended, other rooms do not know, 1311 air conditioning buzzed all night, how to adjust the air conditioning is not good, did not sleep well for one night, regret booking that room.
