Best Western Newberg Inn

"Checking in took forever the person checking me in couldn't seem to get it together and when I told him I had stayed there several times in the last 6-9 months and that I was supposed to get a reduced rate he didn't believe me thus taking longer going back and forth. I had two reservations simply because he disputed my rate so I booked online to get some relief. The heater in the room I was put in was so loud that I had to keep it off despite it being cold. It was just too loud. The front desk clerk came to look at it and said he would send someone to fix but they never came during my stay. The breakfast was horrible, pancakes were almost raw and paper thin which used to be my favorite part of staying there."
