"Stayed for three nights, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony – perfect for enjoying the view during the day and having a drink at night. We took the kids hiking and made three different crafts. I especially loved the fridge magnets; they were such fitting souvenirs for the area. The food was also delicious; the Osmanthus Braised Pork and steamed Golden Pomfret were absolute highlights. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!"

"The overall atmosphere of the hotel is great, and the decoration is simple and advanced. The cleaning aunt cleaned very meticulously, and the corners were cleaned up. The front desk actively recommended the surrounding attractions and food, and also gave mineral water when checking out. The supporting facilities are complete, the laundry and elevator are easy to use, quiet and not noisy, it is too comfortable to travel here."

"For a hotel in a small county, there's little to complain about here. The room was clean & warm and came with a soft bed & a hot shower - both of which were appreciated after some long, cold days out. Seeing the glow of the hotel at night was always a comforting sight when heading home. Check in & cleaning staff were friendly & helpful, even when working over the holiday period. Had no issues checking in as a foreigner. Staff were also more than happy for me to leave my bags on the last day, & let my partner & my friend hang out in the large lobby as we waited for various cabs. Breakfast was not bad. I especially enjoyed the pickles. Location wise, it's within walking distance of the old square & old train station, as well as Khitan Street & the snack street. Ningcheng center (Tianyi) itself is small so everything is really within walking distance, though in winter you might want to take a cab to anywhere a little further away. Ningcheng Railway station is probably not walkable, but only takes around 15 minutes in a car (there's also rental ebikes all over the city, which might be preferable when the weather is warmer). Overall a very pleasant stay."
