"Date went wrong delayed check in made us late to everything 🥺- get to the hotel and realize there’s a deposit “security fee “ is way more then the room rate per night & way more then I ever paid at a hotel! It wasn’t listed on trip.Therefore me and my partner weren’t aware of a 250$ on top of 150$! No hot continental breakfast as mentioned here/ just breakfast bags with a hot sandwich which is tacky! "

I was told none were available upon arrival, and even though one front desk representative personally spoke to a manager, no offer of a change of rooms or any other suitable compensación was offered.
