Sanco Inn Numazu Ekimae ★★★
"the internet was terrible, as if one were in china in 2005...or china now, given its restrictions. nevertheless, japanese infrastructure is getting worse"
Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu ★★★★
"This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Japan. The price was reasonable, and the citizen's center where we had our conference was right downstairs. It's excellent! The subway station is only about 200 meters away, which is very convenient. The best part is the room is spacious, and you can see Mount Fuji right from the window. The breakfast is a full buffet and very rich. They even provide bath powder, toiletries, and for lotions and toners, it's Sekkisei! The service attitude was also great."
Numazu Grand Hotel ★★★
"The location was great, very close to the station. Breakfast was included, and the room was clean and pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Numazu next time."
Toyoko Inn Fujisan Numazu Eki Kita Guchi No 2 ★★★
"There are two Toyoko Inns near the north exit of Numazu Station. Don't miss them; they're very close to the JR North Exit, making them a great place to make the transition. There's food available in the shopping mall at the south exit, or you can head to Numazu Port for food. You won't miss out on dining here."
Hotel Trend Numazu Ekimae ★★★
"clean and kindly all staff."
Numazu River Side Hotel ★★★★
"Consistently clean, tidy, and the service is always warm and thoughtful. Highly satisfied as always."
Nishiizu Koyoi ★★★★
"A bit out of the way for the usual travelers in Japan, but nice for those looking to be out of the hustle and bustle of tourist season. Place was nice, onsen was slightly open air."
Koko Hotel Numazu Ekimae ★★★
"Pros: Room: Good size for two people, not cramped, with enough space to open luggage. Very clean. Location: Short walk from the station. Amenities: Great water pressure in the bathroom and the AC worked well. They have every thing you might need included pajamas. Cons / Things to note: Station Access: To get to the other side of the station, you have to walk around the tracks via a detour path; you cannot cross through the platforms, unless you pay. Bathroom: A bit tight if you have a larger build. Hairdryer: It’s a wall-mounted type in the bathroom, and the wind is pretty weak. Overall: I was totally fine with everything here and had a good stay!"
Kuretake Inn Premium Numazu Kitaguchi Station ★★★
"Nice hotel and provides buffet free drinks at night."

"I won't go there again."
TOGO beach & park side house
"Excellent, enjoyed a peaceful evening. Convenient transportation, easy to get to the Aqours pilgrimage site or return to the city. Close to nearby restaurants, just a short walk away. The owner was wonderful, providing many details in advance via email."
Marina Bay Numazu
"A very bad experience. It is neither a hotel nor a B&B. It is my own house. The owner neither speaks English nor uses translation software and cannot communicate throughout the process! How dare a hotel like this have the guts to accept foreign tourists? The transportation is very inconvenient. The bus only leaves every hour. After finally arriving, it was two hours before the check-in time. I wanted to store my luggage and walk around nearby. The store owner refused and asked him why. He said it was not three o'clock yet. I laughed. After staying in the hotel for so many days, there were so many foreign tourists who arrived early to store their luggage. Whoever had the right travel time card didn’t have to check in! We were speechless. The 40-degree high temperature threw all our luggage out and asked us to come back at three o'clock. So we chose not to check in that day. This person was smearing Japan, and we seriously suspected that the owner of this hotel was a nationalist. No one should come, so as not to cause travel trouble for us."
Awashima Hotel
"super nice i love it"
Toyoko Inn Fujisan Numazu Eki Kita Guchi No 1
"I made a mistake with the non-smoking/smoking reservation. I wish it was easier to understand."
Hotel Square Numazu
"The sauna and open-air bath can be rented as a set for two hours. Hotel guests can use it for 3,300 yen. The hotel's structure seems to have been changed from a love hotel to be used for business purposes as well. The facilities are a little old overall, but the cleaning and equipment seem to have been well-thought-out, down to the smallest details. It was great to be able to rent the sauna and open-air bath exclusively, so I would like to use it again."
Hotel Akari
"Facilities: Very good Hygiene: Clean Service: First-class"
Nishi-izu Glamping Tenkuu-Terrace
"You can enjoy a private hot spring for 90 minutes for 3300 yen!"
Nature Inn Osekan
"After arriving by bicycle at 4pm that day, I found no convenience store or restaurant nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean."
Hotel Isaba
"We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. We were so happy to receive a complimentary bottle of wine from the hotel during dinner. When checking out, my wife mentioned to the proprietress that she had stayed here alone during her single days, and we were given some Todao salt. We were truly touched by the hotel's warm hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the room's hot spring, the open-air bath, the private bath, and the delicious meals, all of which were just as wonderful as they were back then. We would definitely love to stay here again."
Tenku Terrace
KKR Numazu Hamayu
"The air conditioner is almost out of function. I called the front desk, but I gave you a fan, so I want you to put up with it. I went with my children in the summer, but it was the worst. I think the room temperature is probably close to 30℃ and the risk of heat stroke is high."
Izu Mitohama Shotokan
"The food was average. Unfortunately, Mount Fuji was obscured by clouds, but we were able to relax. With only 21 rooms, we didn't encounter any other guests, giving us a private experience. (Room description)"
Awa Nishi-Izu
"We had a delightful one-night stay at AWA. It's located a 5 minute drive from the center of town, but provided so many activities that the hotel itself felt like a destination. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the free-flow Sake, Wine, and beer, as well as the complimentary fireworks, Onsen (private and shared), and self-guided caligraphy sessions. We were also able to borrow bikes (for free) to head into town for some dinner. Our stay at AWA was one of the highlights from our trip."
