"Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!"

"Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to."

On 2 nights this week, the food has been a letdown due to being cold, and on Thursday evening, I had to wait well over an hour for the food to come, and it was luke warm at best!!! "Horrendous! Absolutely shocking arrived at property room offered originally, had broken sockets with exposed wiring, smashed TV, half drunk cups of coffee, the beds were made but clearly sheets had not been changed, generally un clean, with broken furniture, dirty walls and stains everywhere. Was then offered 3 different rooms but the more we saw the worse it got. Wish we'd have took pictures bit just had to get out of there. Manager tried to help as much as he could and gave a full refund."
