"We washed and waiting our clothes to be dried in the dryer machine. It’s about room checkout time. The owner let us wait until the dryer completed, although it passed the check out time. We were grateful to her kindness and helpfulness very much. "

"Spent two nights at Casa Nova House with another couple. What a delight it was and our hosts Katrina & Brenda made it even more special with their cheerful helpful service. This building is a beautiful Heritage Listed Hotel and the guest rooms are beautifully decorated and have all modern facilities. The breakfast is lovely and we had dinner in their restaurant which was stunning to say the least. Would recommend it to anyone."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, but be aware that our room's window didn't offer any view and couldn't be opened for ventilation. It was fine for a one-night stay, and the facilities were quite new with unique decor. The breakfast restaurant also had a great ambiance."

"Good motel with clean and large rooms, with a spacious bathroom. Our unit was at ground floor with no view at all except the carpark. The motel has a restaurant where we had lunch and this is convenient. There was some noise from a close park of trucks, but not during the night."

"I thought it might have been our imagination, but after reading two similar reviews from guests who stayed during the same time we did (Nov. & Jan., 2025 - 26), I think it wasn't just us. My friend and I also felt initially that we were imposing on our hosts, rather than feeling welcomed, but we persevered, and one of "the Jameses" at least finally warmed up a bit. I think it was our request to meet their dogs that did it. The place is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. The delicious (vegetarian - we had requested in advance) dinner was a bit awkward, with only the 2 of us and the unsmiling chef (the other James), but breakfast was very impressive and more friendly, with several other guests to talk with. A good lesson in tolerance for different types of personalities."
