"The castle is beautiful, the service is also very nice, there are many students to work here which are partly very new. Here you notice it something at the service. The area is very beautiful, for walks and for bicycle drivers. For two nights it was optimal. The rooms are a little bright. Anita at the reception was the best. Thank you for everything :-)"

"This is my second time staying here, the first was with family and this time with friends. What can I say only wow. From booking to checking out staff went above n beyond. If the hotel had nothing to offer (which it does in abundance) I would visit for the staff alone. Everyone of them are the kindest friendless group of people I have had the honour of meeting, a credit to this hotel. I didn't get names but a very special shout out to our waiter in the restaurant who we nearly killed over a crouch and to Lauren (I think) on reception who I spoke with in person and on the phone who was so kind n professional to our circumstances. Plus the chocolates and welcome plate on arrival was such a special touch. The beds were so comfy n rooms spotless. The shower was unreal with lots of power. The spa was excellent treatments and staff. I honestly have never stayed anywhere as relaxed with such an amazingly friendly staff team, so refreshing. I will definitely be back very soon. Don't hesitate to book this hotel you will not be disappointed and the price is great including spa packages."

"Incredibly kind staff! So friendly. I stayed here for a birthday and was welcomed with sweet treats and a birthday card! Unfortunately, I think my stay happened during too many events at once. The hallways were noisy, and I had people knocking on my door late at night. If you're looking for a nice hotel that feels luxurious, this is not the one. I'd compare it more to a Marriott, but more expensive. I would not stay here again."

"This is a very popular, busy B&B, but for good reason, it's outstanding. Martin, Lorraine and all the staff do an amazing job of making their guests comfortable and looked after. On the first night we explored the amazing garden to the back of the house, and ended up having dinner al fresco. Nothing was too much trouble. The tapas style restaurant works brilliantly, providing innovative, smaller meals beautifully prepared."
