"A cute place for a family holiday get together. However, be sure to stay in the updated wings of the building as (for the price) the chalets are awful...so run down looking, masked with some kind of air fresher (that smelled awful), bed was uncomfortable, and you couldn't turn down the heat - we had the heat set at 64 and it felt like it was over 80 degrees, so we ended up having to use the air conditioner (and the weather was below 32 degrees outside 😦). Breakfast buffet food was horrible. The Christmas lights drive was fun (after you got through a half hour or so line to get through the entrance - there should have been separate lines for those who stayed on site and had a paid entrance pass so that there is no waiting in line for those who had to pay at the entrance."

The room was **clean and quiet**, exactly what we needed for a quick rest. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast got us back on the road fast. Highly recommended for a stress-free, budget-friendly overnight!"

"Resort outdoor amenities are excellent. Otherwise, rooms are dated, service was terrible, and resort is not run properly. After a horrible first night of moving rooms due to air conditioner issues, we had to move a second time because the room provided was terrible. It smelled like smoke, the baseboards were blowing heat, and it had a Murphy bed which is not adequate or comparable to the previous room. Overall, our experience was less than desirable."

"On the way back, I passed by Huiling and ate Chinese food golden chopsticks. You can reach here in 10 minutes by car.  There is an ice machine on the first floor. Room 213 is just outside the elevator. It faces the road, but there are automatic curtains and gauze curtains. There is a gym pool, dryer, meeting room, etc. in the building. The overall feeling is still relatively quiet"

"This was a one night stop over for us. Situated up off the road so was quiet and no bright lights shining into room. Front of house staff friendly and quick to help when we needed extra bedding and towels (not enough supplies upon arrival even though booked months in advance). Whilst everything appeared clean for the most part, the shower and toilet area had body hair all over it, and carpet in room had bits all over it including a dead bug or two. Water out of tap tasted like mould. Breakfast included warm food like waffles, omelettes and sausage patties. This place isn’t the Ritz, but it did the job, but I’d try another hotel before coming here again."
