"The location is super convenient — the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the train station is only about 200 meters away (less than a 2-minute walk) 🚶♀️ However, the room feels very boxy and there was no proper air-conditioning. It was quite hot, and even after asking the staff to fix it, the room was still uncomfortable 🔥 The air ventilation is weak, and unfortunately the toilet had a very strong unpleasant smell. 😧 Because of this, I honestly couldn’t stay any longer"

"This resort hotel is incredibly comfortable. We stayed in the main building, which has direct access to the beach from the ground floor. They provide towels and sand toys for kids right by the entrance; just rinse everything off and return it when you're done. Front Desk Lobby: The staff are very friendly and speak both English and Chinese, so communication was easy. The lobby also offers complimentary drinks, coffee, and popsicles. It was a great way to cool down after a long day out. Room: We had a family ocean-view room, which was very spacious and featured a balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. The room came with disposable slippers and even a pair of slippers that could be worn out of the hotel to the beach. Housekeeping: You don't need daily in-room cleaning. Just place used towels and trash outside your door, and they'll replace them with fresh ones daily. I thought this was great as it offered more privacy. Breakfast: I have to praise the breakfast – it was incredibly comprehensive! All the local Okinawan delicacies were there: seafood donburi, Okinawan ramen, oden, my favorite taco rice, and even BLUE Seal ice cream. One breakfast left us feeling completely energized! Location: From the airport, take the airport shuttle heading towards American Village and get off at 'Chunaga Gate.' It's right across from Aeon Mall, and the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk away. There are many small shops nearby, making it a great area to explore at night. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back!"
