"First impression of the hotel….. drab. Overall impression that lasted overall just maximum of 12 mins…. Horrendous. Receptionist friendly enough when we got there. Corridors felt like people lived there not a hotel . Opened the door to the room and we could only stand there for 2 seconds . The overpowering dirty lingering smell of **** hit you straight away. I told the receptionist we can’t stay there, he offered going to look for another room. We couldn’t stomach staying there any longer. They would not give refund so contacted trip . Com . Took 2 hours to complete the refund after they offered 20 coins and 40 coins which I was arguing my point that the room was not considered fit for sleeping and even with a non-refundable booking, a room that smells of **** and is unusable or uncomfortable was violating my rights as a guest. I was up till 1am trying to sort the refund."
