Fletcher Parkhotel Olsberg-Winterberg ★★★

"Fine hotel, good value for money. Nicely located, friendly staff. The room is only cleaned if you request it. A good idea for other hotels?"

"The room was very good, the bathroom was very good, the king's king's king's king's king's king's king's king's king's king's king's king's king's king"

Haus Erlen ★★

"We were appalled when we entered the hotel room. It was filthy, the furnishings were broken, there were dozens of dead insects on the windowsill, the toilet smelled of urine, and the shower drain was clogged with hair. It was simply disgusting. The television was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn't work either. The advertised parking spaces didn't exist. We tried unsuccessfully to contact the owner and booked another hotel that same night. Despite these unacceptable circumstances, ******* refuses to refund our money. I will never book with ******* again, nor will I stay in this dreadful, run-down dump."
