"Rooms No 1, 2 and 3 are worth staying, best to avoid other excuses of a room. The Maharaja and Maharani suites are excellent and worth the experience. Though not a part of the original palace, the location is between jahangir mahal and raja mahal. Light and Sound show, though informative, have a feel and finnese best attributed to the 1960s. MPTDC should certainly upgrade the show! Our second visit this year, sadly both housekeeping and service have deteriorated."

"Beautiful palace, located in the heart of Orchha city. All tourist places are within 5 to 10 minutes by car. Hotel has well maintained many beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our walks in these gardens and the view. Our room was well equipped and located in one corner with outside sitting area to enjoy our morning tea."

It’s located in a calm area, yet just a few minutes from Orchha’s main temples and tourist spots. The room was neat, well-lit, and had modern amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment – perfect for rest after a long day of sightseeing. What really stood out was the personal attention from the staff. They genuinely care about guest satisfaction and are always ready to help with directions or arranging transport. It felt more like a homestay in terms of warmth, but with hotel-level comfort. If you're visiting Orchha and looking for a value-for-money stay with good vibes, this is a great option."

"Our stay at MPT Resort was disappointing, due to several issues. The tents were unhygienic, though the staff present were cordial. However, understaffing was evident. We also encountered sewage problems and noticeable fungus growth within the tents. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.
