"My stay was wonderful to the point I actually booked another 3 nites but due to an institution in London I had to cancel within an hr of purchase!Trip chafed me a 119.00 penily for cancellation!Nit even another hr had gone by I rebooked a hotel in London?Im very upset I didn’t get refunded that 119 charge since I immediately booked a new reservation!"

"A massive thank you to receptionists Caroline and Lucie on Fri 10th July (8pm) for helping me when I suffered a Sat Nav & 'no signal' mobile issue while trying to find my actual staying place. They used their local knowledge and mobiles to show me where to go. I wrote it down! I'd over- travelled by 30 mins in the wrong direction. You ladies went beyond your duties for someone not booking in. Thanks to you and 2 mugs of tea, I had a fantastic weekend. Josie"

"We travelled up on Good Friday after a long car journey ..on arrival by the reception door tucked by a bush there was a bag of rubbish not good on arrival seeing lady on reception very friendly once inside hotel there's a musty smell rooms definitely need updating the door to bathroom/toilet would not shut without slamming it which is not good for anyone staying underneath the room which we just pushed the door to then had difficulty opening it the room was ok bathroom smelt very musty ..we only stayed one night"
