"While the staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful the hotel itself was disappointing. One night I found 1 wasp in my room, the lady at the front desk was kind enough to come with a broom and got rid of it. The next night I found around 7-10 more in the room, on the rug, and in the window sill. That night I was offered to change rooms. My main complaint is that after having found wasps in my room 2 nights in a row management was not even capable of giving me a call to see if I was ok. I complained to corporate and they said they reached out to the hotel as well. It is now December and I still have not heard from anyone with any offer of anything for my inconvenience. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I and my company bring a lot of business to this company. You can be sure that for future projects in OK, we will not be utilizing this locations ever again."

"Check in at 23 pm, check out early in the morning 7.50, forget to leave a tip in the room, very sorry. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, the bathroom design was reasonable and clean, and the breakfast was quite satisfactory."
