Quality Inn & Suites Owasso US-169 ★★

"The tv service was down the entire time we were there. We called a couple of times and were assured that it was being fixed, but had no service all night. We paid for two rooms and neither room had service. There was a hair in the bathtub. Location was really good. Easy to get to and had a gas station and eating options nearby."

TownePlace Suites Tulsa North/Owasso ★★★

"This hotel has been one of the worst experiences with security and housekeeping we have ever had. To say we will never stay here again is an understatement. When we arrived our room was extremely hot. It took several hours after turning thermostat down to cool off room enough to unpack. The air conditioner made such an annoying noise! The toilet was loose, the TV remote did not work and the bed was saggy and very uncomfortable. We got here on a Sat and had NO housekeeping until Tuesday. When we got back to our room Tuesday, our DOOR WAS AJAR! Fortunately nothing was missing but what a shock! Housekeeping came, emptied one of two trash cans, (left one out in front of sink instead of under it) no clean sheets - only haphazardly pulled the covers up over the bed, no coffee service replacement (coffee maker still had coffee in it). Ugh! And the parking lot was being striped and no where to park! Nothing was done about remote or toilet and I mentioned to staff on Sat. They said it would be Monday - nothing. ONE of THE WORST hotel experiences ever!"

Candlewood Suites TULSA NE - OWASSO by IHG ★★

"Nice and very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Our family were pleased with this place. Comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, quiet, and actually able to control the temperature in the room. Thanks to Evelia who cleaned our room! It’s in a good location: 1. A couple of blocks off the highway; 2. LOTS of restaurants and fast food places nearby. Several within walking distance; 3. Walmart, Target, Sam’s, Kohls, Sprouts and many other stores nearby. The only “minuses”: the hotel is older and the hallway carpets are well worn."
