"Close to ICE BSD CITY. The room wasn't too big. You have to take stairs to get to the lobby. Eating isn't a hassle either, there's a 24-hour eatery across the street with lots of variety. Parking is still fine, even though it's outdoors. There's a self-service laundry on the 1st floor for 50k for wash and dry, which is very helpful so you don't bring dirty clothes home. Overall, I loved it ❤️"

"Saat check in walau ramai sekali tapi staff nya gercep. Ada pramusaji yg menawarkan welcome drink (healthy juice) dan snack (brownies). Library tutup jam 21.00. Pool tutup jam 19.00. Sarapan berakhir jam 11.00 mungkin karena sangat ramai ya karena sempat waiting list. Sarapan ada 2 area di GF (utama) dan UG. Menu sarapan variatif dan enak enak. Proses refill juga cepat jafi tidak lama nunggu. Staff ramah hanya ada 1or 2 org yg tidak begitu ramah mungkin dia lelah (bagian library dan kids club). Minus nya hanya wifi agak lambat (btw saya dpt di lt3). So far sangat worth it untuk balik lagi"

"Love its proximity to BSD Ice Exhibition Center. Around 5 mins car ride . Hotel provide free ride to the exhibition Center . Staffs are friendly & helpful"

"The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either. It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"A ”second home”, we called.. been staying here more than 8 times (perhaps) in a year. Actually not too far from home, and pricewise within all the facilities you get, this is the best hotel ever. Always gonna be back here.."

"The location of the hotel is easy to find, the service is very warm, the room is spacious, the facilities are complete, and it feels like home! Very good! It is a hotel worth staying in for travel, vacation and business trip!"

"The room was clean and quite spacious. The power outlets were compatible with those in our home country. The staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast mainly consisted of Indonesian food; there weren't many Western options and no Chinese dishes at all. My only complaint is that bottled water isn't provided in the room; they only refill drinking water in a glass bottle, which I felt was not very hygienic."

"I used it because it was close to the concert venue. There was a bathtub, but the bottom was dirty and I couldn't use it. There was a convenience store about a 10-minute walk away, but I didn't use it because it was a park with a lot of trees around at night. Amenities are also provided, so it's enough if you just want to sleep."

"The cheapest price, very close to the BSD convention hall. If you just want to sleep and save money, this place is okay. If you want to eat something, order it on the app. There are no restaurants nearby. You should choose a room with a large window so it's not stuffy."

"For a business trip, I booked a suite for four nights. My overall impression was quite positive. The room having a washing machine was a huge convenience. It's also not too far from the Indonesia National Exhibition Center, just a 10-20 minute taxi ride, which made getting around very easy."
