In this day and age, everyone's focused on providing premium services, but they haven't even gotten the basics right. 😑 I went downstairs to call the staff, and they came up to check. They said there might be too many people using the room (is that a B&B excuse?). They said they'd have to wait another ten minutes for hot water, but I tried again at 12:20 AM, and it still wasn't working... The next day, I went out to watch the sunrise and skipped breakfast. I returned around 10 AM to pick up my luggage and met the staff. They said, "Checking out? Just give me the key." I just gave it to her without saying a word. I haven't experienced this kind of service in years."
