Completely unreasonable. Het hotel was, tja, middelmatig—niet goed, niet slecht—maar de service was vreselijk. Daar komt nog bij dat de eigen producten van het hotel ongeveer tien keer zo duur waren als daarbuiten. Totaal onbegrijpelijk."
