"We stay superior family room. The room is L shape so comfortable for our family. 1 queen n 1 single , only 3 pillow provided. Parking at basement is enough for the guest. Cleanliness is average, it need deep cleaning because the grout tiles is yellow. We stay for 5 days but they dont offer room cleaning but maybe we can request. The bedsheet has stain, after check out i wonder if they change bedsheet cause i dont see bedsheet at house keeping trolley when they clean the room. Breakfast provided but just same n simple breakfast everyday, nasi goreng, mihun, sandwich, watermelom, scramble egg, toast, karipap, nugget, sausage but on sunday there is nasi lemak n fried chicken There is family mart 24hrs , CU, so easy to buy food"

"I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It’s near to a lot of places and it’s convenient for me to travel from one place to another. There are free parking spots for guests. Those who use EV transports, the hotel has the charging section. Next, the lobby looks modern and you can get free coffee too. I love their mocha! I drank that for a few times 😂 They also have water dispenser next to the coffee machine, so you can just fill up your bottles. If you would like to buy anything, the supermarket is just next to the hotel. There are trolleys and elevator provided. Iron are provided at the aisle. If I’m not mistaken there were 4 irons on one level, should be enough for everyone. The room is spacious. Mattress and pillows are super comfy. Fridge and safety box are provided too. Water pressure is great. I think they install 2HP aircond in the room and you would be more than fine with that. The 2 things that they are lack off would be the internet connection and the TV channels. Internet line might be less stable but nothing can be done as the internet provider has issues with that area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to comeback soon. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality. They are friendly and very helpful."
