Generally, this kind of store without elevator will take the initiative to help guests with luggage. The most unhelpful ones will also help to take luggage upstairs at the request of the guests. This front desk I said several times to help take the luggage and didn't hear it. Finally, an aunt who took us to the room helped us take a box upstairs under my repeated request. Later, when I checked out, I saw that the front desk changed a person and asked why the waiter here did not help the guests take their luggage up and down the stairs. The answer was that this villa does not have this service. Really drunk. The breakfast is also very poor. In short, this villa is not recommended. The service awareness is too bad. The only thing is that the bath water is good.

The hotel is located on the banks of the Jiulong River in Hua'an County. The environment is beautiful and the transportation is convenient. There are many foods around, and there are all kinds of food. room Complete facilities, good sanitary conditions, and very cost-effective.

The rooms are great, the scenery is great, the service staff is very nice, it's suitable for the whole family to come for a leisure vacation, the children were reluctant to leave. The only drawback is that the bathroom door is not easy to push and pull.

The environment is beautiful, very suitable for slow life and living, next to Jiuhexi and Yulin Dam, fun and delicious scenery.

Every time I travel to Hua'an, I prefer this hotel. I can soak in the hot springs indoors and clean.

之前都是住在舒樂，這次五人，一間雙床一間三床，舒樂沒合適的衹能住這。價格低，衞生可以，停車方便，服務一般，雙床間衹有兩浴巾卻沒毛巾，三床間有三毛巾卻沒浴巾，實在無語。不是沒辦法不會住這。
