GGuest User29日晚夜班的前台態度非常差，詢問酒店是否有賣泡麪或者零食的機器直接無視説沒有。酒店廚師九點下班也無法點餐。第二天吃早餐等電梯旁邊就有零食售賣機，無奈啊，住店客人沒看見前台也不知道有售賣機？春節期間孩子比較多，門口旋轉門孩子一直在裏面快速轉着玩，並沒有酒店工作人員去勸説。洗衣機對三樓的住店客人來説使用非常不便，需要去一樓找前台刷卡去洗，再去一樓找前台刷卡去拿出。衞生和設施堪比五星級，早餐馬馬虎虎能吃。白班前台都非常nice，免費升級湖景房，點贊
