GGuest UserThe staff is kind even though they do not speak English but we could understand each other using the telephone translator. The hotel was clean enough and has a good position. The location displayed in the booking was correct. We appreciated welcome snack and drink. The bed is comfortable.

The front desk was friendly and attentive, and check-in was efficient and convenient. The location is excellent, with convenient dining and transportation nearby. GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to both the long-distance bus terminal and the train station—just a few minutes’ walk away. Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my personal needs. Special thanks to the two lovely young ladies who were on duty at the afternoon and evening reception(FD), and also to the kind older sister who taught me how to wash my clothes🙏❤️👏👍 #407

Ttetsky19Location: the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit.
And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the needs to walk more than 400 meters.
-the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive.
-Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive.
Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city.
PS We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.

The lobby is bright and clean, the front desk staff is warm and professional, and the check-in is quickly checked in. The room is more spacious than expected, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, cleaned very clean, and hot water supply is sufficient. The overall price is very high, I will choose here next time!
