"I was quite satisfied with my stay overall. I felt very good from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Not only did she check me in quickly, she was also very considerate and took the initiative to tell me the WiFi password and breakfast time, and introduced some good restaurants and shopping places around the hotel. The room was simple and warm, clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning was also OK. There are many types of breakfast, including porridge, noodles, bread, fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The spicy soup is especially good. What surprised me most was that when I checked out, the lady at the front desk prepared souvenirs: water, fruit and yogurt. It seemed that the ladies at the front desk really cared about the guests' experience. If I come to Luohe next time, I will stay here again."

"When booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough."

"Good things first: the room is big enough; smart heated toilet (very necessary in winter); air conditioning heats up quickly; good breakfast; large parking lot The bad: There are too many useless furnitures. There is only a small place to hang clothes in a large room. The rest of the large area is thought to be a wardrobe, but it cannot be opened and is just a decoration. There is no big table, nor cabinet or bench to put the suitcases. There are no small towels for wiping hands. The sewer has a very bad odor. Finally, I have to say that the button for the fogging of the glass wall in the bathroom is too hidden. It's just like finding a button in an escape room. But anyway, for a hotel in a non-first- or second-tier city, it's good enough~"

"I stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city. I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range."

"This stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Ttetsky19Location: the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit. And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the needs to walk more than 400 meters. -the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive. -Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive. Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city. PS We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.
