GGuest UserI saw the homestay on the Internet and booked it with the mentality of trying. I didn't expect the environment to be very quiet and comfortable. The room is fully equipped, comfortable and bright. It is really easy to see the lake view when you open the curtains in the morning.
The service attitude of the homestay is very good and the breakfast is also rich. It is simply beautiful to drink coffee by the lake in the evening to watch the sunset. It is highly recommended that sisters who are tired of work and want to relax to feel it.

I forgot a piece of clothing, and the owner contacted me and sent it back. I wish the owner great success in their business!

Yyehao2018Two points need to be mentioned: first, the parking lot is very cramped; second, a deposit is actually required. The service is given 4 points because of the deposit. Receiving a deposit gives people a feeling of lack of trust! The facilities score is because parking is cramped!

GGuest UserThe homestay is really comfortable and the price is right! The service attitude is super good, every time I stay, it is as warm as going home. The projection is clear, and the night viewing experience is full. The room was clean and spotless, the traffic was super convenient, and the travel was worry-free. As a permanent guest, I really feel that this place is worth recommending to every friend who wants to stay nearby!

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

KKinggunsuiyiIt just rained a little this morning. The decoration and atmosphere of the hotel are more suitable for this weather. It feels like a Jiangnan water town. It feels a little artistic when walking inside. The hotel's hygiene is a bit good, there is no smell of retiring, so you can live with peace of mind. It rained and breakfast was delivered to the room. It was a bit pleasant to watch TV for breakfast. The experience was very good.
