1. Staff. Absolutely any issue was resolved instantly
2. Cleanliness like at home. Every day

4. Location. Nearby small shops and cafes
5. Not a single insect!

What I would like to improve:
1. Despite all its advantages, the hotel looks tired
2. Breakfasts. There are none at all ((( Although the staff immediately showed me where they have delicious food nearby
